Here at the Outpost we provide a handful of simple beach cruiser bikes for those who would like to take a relaxed pedal ride.

We also provide an E-bike rental experience for those looking to go a bit further.

E-BIKES

Our fleet of E-bikes are .....

20" step through adult bikes with a 330# load capacity

with up to a 55 mile range, 1000w peak, 48v battery, 7 speed, 20 mph cargo e-bike.

Each bike comes with a jump seat for a small passenger.(not to exceed 75lbs)

(electric mode=25-35 miles)

(pedal assist mode=40-50 miles)

(Riders must be 18yrs. or older)

Youth aged 15-17 can ride along with a parent with proper concent, for safety reasons  no children under 15 may operate ebikes.(per MN. state law)

These are a class2 ebike.

Pricing

Cruisers-$15/1st hr.....$3/each additional hr.....$30/all day

E-Bikes-$32/1st hr...$9/each additional hr....$58/half day(5hr)...$110/full day(10 hr)

This is credit card pricing, we give a cash discount at time of rental.

We require ALL riders to sign a waver of liability at time of rental!! also note we are not liable for any accidents on rental property at any time!

Pull behind child carts/dog carts are limited, and are $20 half day/$40 full day

Henderson has many things to see and do while out biking. There is a 8 mile bike path with ziplining and restaurant and brewery at the end, along with the many shops, camp ground, parks, bars and restaurant, and Ice cream shop in the heart of Henderson itself. If you're looking for camping, parks and maybe even a swim in the Rush River your gravel adventure will take you a whole different direction. A day in Historic Henderson will speed by on a sunny day on our bikes!

How do I book a bike rental?

You can book a bike rental via our email(Outpostbikerental@gmail.com) or by telephone ( 507-479-9827)

What is required with your rental?

*Complete paid reservation, online(email), via phone. 

*Photocopy of I.D. we will get this at check-in.

*Signed waver. Under 18 must have waver signed by legal guardian(in person)

*Helmet use

Early returns

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given fror early returns, as your reserved time slot prevents others from renting the ebikes during those same periods. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate it.

Late fees

Other riders may have your bike reserved at your end time. Please be courteous and return your bike(s) on time, and call with any updates. If you do not return bike(s) on time you will be charged for another full rental session.

Bike locks

The bike is your responsibility during your rental. Locks are provided with each bike, if you stop anywhere at any time, please use the lock to secure the bike and avoid it being stolen and losing any deposite or being charged for bike replacement cost.

Mechanical issues

In the unlikely event that you have problems with your bike that you're unable to fix on your own, please call our desk at (507-479-9827) for help to find a solution.

where can I use rental bikes?

You can stay here in Henderson, ride out on the trails, experience the rush river park, or simply pick up bike(s) and go where your heart desires....day, weekend, extended rental etc.
